The apartments are fully furnished and more akin to a hotel than an apartment. With fully equipped kitchens you’ll have everything you need to prepare a fully blown meal or even bake a cake. You’ll find butter, police oil, condiments to get you started.
Keep in mind that all of our apartments are all inclusive so you’ll not have a single bill to pay.
Cleaning can be included on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. This will include a linen change.

All apartments come with free high speed Wi-Fi as standard.
Each apartment has a minimum of 2 washrooms, one will have a the and shower in the other (en-suite). Even cotton buds and toilet paper will await alongside luxury hand soap, body wash and shampoo.
The beds at all double with orthopaedic mattresses with bedside table lamps at each side. All linen are prepared for your arrival from fluffy towels and 100% cotton bed linen.
The lounge have custom made corner sofas with a 50 inch flat screen TV with NETFLIX amongst many other smart capabilities.
Each apartment has a washing machine and drying facilities and even washing powder to get you going.
You can upgrade to include sea views a balcony or go all out and make it a penthouse. The choice is yours.

Booking
To reserve an apartment simply inform us of your total stay duration and commencement date and we will book it with only one weeks payment. This will go towards your final week with us. When you arrive to move in or check in you will pay for the first week and then payments are made weekly thereafter. Payments can be made br card on site over the phone or cash in person. We do not accept cheques or bank transfers.
Paperwork
Remove the headache that all standard letting agents require from new tenants.
We do not require any paperwork from you. We do not require proof of income. We don’t need to confirm your previous address. Just turn up give us some ID and make payment. Great for PHD students or post grads who don’t have work experience or payslips or even a previous landlord.
Privacy
We won’t turn up out of the blue and you don’t need to pass us to go to your apartment. You’ll have complete privacy I order to come and go as you please. Unlike a hotel you won’t feel embarrassed bringing home a pizza at 1am.
Transport
We offer free parking on site and we can arrange a car anytime you need. Uber is also another great transportation service that works very well in the area. There is only one bus that comes into the development (number 10) and arrives on site every 5 minutes. It feels more like a shuttle service than a public bus.
We will leave you to your own devices but if you need anything we are just a phone call away. It could be anything from a light bulb, to batteries running out on your control or absolutely anything at all. This is included in your price and of course if there is any maintenance requirements throughout your stay just let us know and we will get straight onto it.
You can cancel your reservation at anytime with only 7 days notice. The week that you initially paid will go towards your final week so you’ll have nothing else to pay.
For example if you booed with us for 3 months but after 6 weeks you realise you need to move just tell us one week before and you can cancel without penalty.
